March 10, 2007 Harrisburg Saint Patrick's Day parade. Harrisburg firefighters Robert Enterline, B platoon Squad 8 and Jason Loyd, B platoon Tower 1 performed for their first time with the Lochiel Emerald Society Pipes and Drums. Both have practiced very hard and it showed.
The Emerald Society is made up of local firefighter, police officers and public safety personnel. The band is based in Harrisburg and practices at the Pennsylvania National Fire Museum. They first performed at the 2006 St. Patrick's Day parade and have since participated in numerous other events including opening for Rod Stewart at Hershey, Pa.
