On Christmas Eve we went to the Southern inlet to Indian river, Melbourne, Florida to shoot some birds. We all had a good time and Shane and I got a few usable shots. Over the next several days I will post a few of mine. Top photo Shane uses my Nikon D70 with 70-300 mm Nikon lens to shoot brown pelicans. The other photograph I believe is of a Dunlin which is part of the piper family.

Brad - I stumbled across your site because of the photograhs. I absoltuly love the picture of your son taking pictures (mostly cause the picture is great, but a little too cause he is wearing a Vikings jersey!). I too am a fan of photography - still learning tricks and trades and loving to edit. Great job!
