Yesterday I showed you the female Downy Woodpecker so today I will show you the male version of this bird. No links today since yesterdays will work for this bird. Until this year I never photographed birds much but after my trip to Florida I found that I really enjoyed it. Since I started doing this I have learned allot about birds, hopefully you have learned something about birds yourself from following this site.

Male Downy Woodpecker...
