Female Boat-Tailed Grackle...

If you have been following the links by know you should realize I found a great bird site that I like to use. This photograph was captured in the morning shoot on Black Point Drive.

This is a great photo. When I photographed a female in Fla I learned the Gulf Coast female looks different than other places. Go figure!

In your post yesterday, I have only seen this bird up here in black. Otherwise it seems to be the same or very similar.

A nice photo for SkyWatch Friday. As one who is always interested in what other people do, and looking for ideas, I think I found some here. I just have to remember it and at my age that is no small feat.

well done it right what they say she could be mistaken for something else we dont get anything near as beautifull as some of your specise here in the UK but I can share your birds via your Piccies XXX Don
